Detroit Bootcamp™ is a fitness bootcamp created by a former US ARMY Medic. His advanced training in the field of physical therapy helped to create a better bootcamp system. Fitness bootcamps have been around since the late 80's, yet lacked more advanced training concepts. These advanced training concepts are influenced by today's science. The Detroit Bootcamp™ creator has learned to implement today's science into each fitness bootcamp session. Not to knock other fitness bootcamps, but many do not pay attention to the client as well as one should. We strive to maintain a group fitness training program with minimal injury.
